Health Care at FLFC

We have an 8-bed infirmary with a nurse on site 24 hours a day. The nurse will be in the infirmary during posted hours and is on-call at all other times. In general, adult campers are responsible for administration of medication to themselves and their children. FLFC maintains small quantities of medication and medical supplies for use by campers until they can purchase their own. The infirmary does have a refrigerator available for medications that need cold storage.

For more serious ailments there is a full service health center 10 minutes away and a hospital about 25 minutes away.
