Forest Lake Camp Programs and Activities

The goal of any camp is to provide the richest possible experience for each child. At Forest Lake Camp, our setup as a Brother/Sister camp allows both boys and girls to have their own unique experience combined within the supportive environment of the larger coed community. Both the boys and girls camps have their own distinct campus, dining area and established program specifically tailored for their particular needs. Even within the shared parts of our camp (the waterfront and some activity areas) the camps take turns within their dedicated programs. We then layer on top of these programs the opportunity for the boys and girls, and family members, to interact in all-camp coed activities designed to promote one overall community at Forest Lake. Our gender-specific campus setup allows FLC is to perpetuate the perfect balance between the unique developmental appropriateness of a single sex atmosphere and the larger community of a co-ed environment.
